Electronic Products; e-books are delivered to you via the internet. We do not charge any shipping or handling for delivery of these products.
Order Processing:
Electronic products are "shipped" via download or e-mail at the time of purchase, and should be available as soon as your shopping is complete. All other items are shipped from our office Monday through Friday. Orders received by or before 5:00pm (Eastern Time Zone) Sunday through Thursday are shipped on the following day. Orders received by or before 5:00pm (Eastern Time Zone) on Friday and Saturday are shipped Monday.
Many times we are able to accommodate special shipping requests. Please call us if you have one.
Domestic Orders:
Our shipping policies are fairly simple; we want to do what we can to keep the cost of shipping your order to a minimum. We do not believe in high mark-ups on shipping and constantly monitor our shipping prices to make sure they are fair to you, and to us. UPS is our primary Domestic shipping partner. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping if your order's actual shipping cost is more than calculated. In this event, you will be contacted before we ship your order. If the posted charge far exceeds the actual amount, we will make adjustments to lower your shipping costs. If you have been overcharged for shipping, a refund will be made to you through paypal if you pay by credit card or by check or money order if that was your method of payment.
International Orders:
If you are interested in ordering, but live outside the continental US we will do whatever we can to get your order to you. All prices are in US dollars, and credit card companies will automatically apply the current exchange rate and charge your account in the appropriate currency.

For International orders, add one of the following charges:
CANADA - All packages will be insured, tracked, and sent with Return Receipts (when possible).
USPS Parcel Post or Airmail, add $10.00
WORLD - All packages will be insured, tracked, and sent with Return Receipts (when possible).
USPS Standard, add $20.00
